What Does the following test Result Indicate?

Can someone please interpret these test results for cancer, how bad it is and what are the likely survival rates.....SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMAS ( ORAL) 1) FDG avid lesion in the right palatine tonsil extending to the right base of tongue. Most likely a primary 2) large cystic mass with calcification and intense uptake in the right level 2A. A few more smaller lymph nodes with intense uptake in the right level II and III. All are consistant with metastasis 3) 1.8 x 1.0 cm nodule with intense uptake just superficial to the right master muscle, representing metastasis 4) 1.0 cm right level 4B lymph node with moderate uptake, suspicious for nodal metastasis as well 5) asymetric uptake in the entire left vocal cord, without a visible corresponding lesion on the integrated CT. The findings may be secondary to paralysis of the right vocal cord, or less likely secondary to a neoplasm of the left vocal cord. Clinical correlation is recommended 6) 1.0 cm right peritracheal lymph node with fst hilum and mild intake, most likely benign in nature

You have a cancer with nodal metastasis and metastasis to maseter muscle. I think surgery is the treatment of choice, with lateral cervical limfonodal dissection.
